A new virus is causing lambs to be born with deformities so severe that they die within seconds after birth.  The Shmallenberg virus was identified in Germany in November and there have been cases reported in Belgium, France and the Netherlands.  Vet Toby Kemble has already seen deformed lambs at eight out of 10 sheep farms in Norfolk this year.  "It is very upsetting seeing the lambs," he said.  The majority of the cases have been in Suffolk and Norfolk, but farms in Kent, East Sussex, Essex...
